Shipping Policy 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Delivery Area: Throughout the United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

Free shipping on orders over $39 (before tax, including $39); flat shipping rate is $10 otherwise. 

Missing or damaged package? Please email hongmallus@hongmall.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

• For Missing Items: We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your order.

• For Damaged Items: Please provide photos of the damage so we can process an insurance claim.
